Role & responsibilities
- Review, validate, and reconcile data across multiple sources, including Excel files, PDFs, emails, and other project documents.
- Conduct detailed quality checks to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and data anomalies while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Extract, organize, and summarize information from large volumes of data and maintain documentation of findings and review outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Analytical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in reviewing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and use of AI tools, including data filtering, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret and summarize information clearly.
