We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Virtualization, Server Management, Security, and Disaster Recovery solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency.
1. Microsoft 365 & Identity Management
ò Administer Microsoft 365 environment with Global Administrator privileges
ò Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure Active Directory
ò Handle user lifecycle management including account creation, license assignment, and access control
ò Implement and manage security policies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access
2. Active Directory & Group Policy Management
ò Manage Active Directory including users, groups, Organizational Units (OUs), and related services
ò Design, configure, and implement Group Policies (GPOs)
ò Configure and maintain Security Filtering in GPOs
ò Troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, and access-related issues
3. Server Administration & WSUS
ò Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers
ò Manage Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) for patch management
ò Ensure timely OS updates and patch compliance across the infrastructure
ò Monitor and maintain server health, availability, and performance
4. Virtualization Management
ò Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware ESXi
ò Handle virtual machine provisioning, snapshots, cloning, migration, and optimization
ò Monitor resource utilization and optimize VM performance
5. Backup & Disaster Recovery
ò Implement and manage backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions ò Monitor backup jobs and perform regular restore testing
ò Ensure business continuity planning and DR readiness 6. Server Monitoring & Performance Management
ò Manage server monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or SCOM
ò Monitor system health, uptime, CPU, memory, and storage utilization
ò Configure alerts and respond proactively to system anomalies
ò Generate performance and availability reports
7. Security & Antivirus Management
ò Manage Antivirus and Endpoint Security solutions
ò Ensure endpoint protection across the organization
ò Handle threat remediation, malware incidents, and security updates
ò Implement server hardening and security best practices
8. Network Support & Understanding
ò Perform basic to intermediate network troubleshooting
ò Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network topology
ò Coordinate with network teams for issue resolution
9. Application & Server Handling
ò Manage specialized business application servers
ò Ensure application availability, reliability, and performance
ò Support business-critical IT services Technical Skills Required

Preferred Qualifications
ò Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
ò Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent are preferred
ò Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
ò Excellent communication and documentation abilities
