KRA: Make outbound calls daily to prospective customers. Generate qualified leads through cold outreach. Understand client requirements and assess buying intent. Identify decision-makers and capture accurate details in CRM. Ensure minimum monthly targets are achieved. Maintain and update CRM with call outcomes and follow-ups. Ensure data accuracy and proper lead tracking. Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects. Contribute to revenue pipeline creation. Preferred candidates: Good English communication skills (neutral accent preferred). Prior experience in international cold calling / outbound sales / pre-sales/ debt collection/Voice process (US, UK, Australia, Canada markets preferred). Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification. Immediate joiners preferred. Minimum experience of 6 months is required.
