Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll configuration, implementation, support, and integration activities. Experience in UK Payroll will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and support projects.
- Configure and maintain payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processes, and payroll reporting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll requirements.
- Perform payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support payroll integrations between Employee Central, ECP, and third-party systems.
- Conduct payroll validation, parallel payroll runs, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with statutory payroll regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Technical, and Integration teams.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
- Provide production support and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 to 15 years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Experience in SAP SF Payroll configuration and support.
- Good understanding of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing.
- Experience with Employee Central integrations and payroll interfaces.
- Knowledge of payroll testing methodologies and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UK Payroll configuration and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Center is an advantage.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Added Advantage
- Experience in UK Payroll implementation and support projects.
- Exposure to global payroll environments and multi-country payroll operations.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
