About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HR Transformation team. The successful candidate will design, implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping organisations modernise and optimise their HR processes.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules, provide expertise during deployment, and ensure best practice adoption, delivering tangible value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off and Time Tracking modules
- Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system design and configurations
- Configure SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and quality standards
- Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), training and cutover activities
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
- Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications
- Advise clients on SuccessFactors best practices, roadmap and release management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting, and change management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Time Management
- Certified in at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules: EC or Time Management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors best practice
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently and in teams, and meet project deadlines
- Experience of working in a consulting environment or delivering projects for external clients
Preferred:
- Additional module certifications (e.g., Rec, Onboarding, LMS, PMGM)
- SAP HCM / ECC HR or S/4HANA experience
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems (e.g., ADP)
- Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Understanding of UK & I HR legislation and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (THR81) and Time Management (THR94) and good understanding of related modules.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (minimum one module; multiple preferred)
- Degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, Business, or related field
