Java Operations Engineer Experience:
5 - 7 years in Java application/production support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for Java applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLAs.
Perform log analysis and root cause identification.
Monitor application performance and system health.
Coordinate with development teams for fixes and deployments.
Technical Skills:
Java, Spring/Spring Boot Application servers (Tomcat/JBoss) SQL
(Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL) Linux/Unix commands Log/monitoring tools (ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.)
Core Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical ability Good communication and ownership.
