Location:

Rudrapur Purpose - Why does this role exist? Responsible for secondary sales of JSWs branded products - TMT and coated sheets. The role includes responsibility of managing Distributors sales representatives and achieving secondary sales targets through individual reach outs and through the team, conducting marketing activations, managing consumer and influencer meets, executing customer/consumer promotions, managing distributors and dealers, expanding dealer base, collecting marketing intelligence, converting leads etc. Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators) Secondary Sales from distributors to dealers Dealer onboarding Management of distributors sales representatives (DSRs) and following all listed processes Execution of Channel and Marketing Activities ECP Implementation Influencer Engagements Competition Intelligence Agency and Vendor Management MIS for Channel Activities & Distributor Policy Adherence Implementation of Strategies and Policies as per Colour Coated/ TMT Project HO Team.

Education

al Background and Work Experience M.B.A (Marketing) Must with B.E./ B. Tech (preferred) 1-3 years of work experience Additional Certification MS Office, Data Analytics (Power BI, Tableau etc.), SAP will be preferred Competencies Flair for sales, experience of marketing execution at district level, market understanding, ownership and drive for results, cross functional working skills, communication skills, team handling capability, understanding of product and aptitude for technical sales Key Success Factors Challenges Secondary sales targets through direct reach-outs and a team of about 4 - 10 distributors sales representatives Market visits to convince high potential dealers System and Process implementation for DSR management Distributor and dealer Management Continuous training and development of people in core Marketing and retail sales Competency development and appropriate fitness of people in the role.
