Job Responsibilities:
? Handle customer queries for UK clients
? Provide prompt and accurate resolutions
? Deliver excellent customer service with empathy
? Follow up with customers when required
? Use proper tools to provide accurate information
? Maintain flexibility with rotational shifts
Eligibility:
? Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
? Good English communication skills required
? Comfortable with rotational shifts
