Job Details

Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Incentives
Shift: UK / US Rotational Shifts
Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Resolve customer queries related to accounts, services, billing, and general support.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
  • Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Undergraduate or Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or BPO Voice Process.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
