Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries related to accounts, services, billing, and general support.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Update customer information and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or BPO Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in UK/US rotational shifts.
