Roles and Responsibility- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Oracle-based solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle products, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Analyze business needs and develop functional specifications for new projects or enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies, including Oracle Database, Oracle Applications, and Oracle Cloud.
- Experience in functional consulting, focusing on business process analysis and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
