Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for generating qualified business meetings for the sales team. The role involves identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, following up with prospects, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers from various sources.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Verify and update customer information regularly.
Outbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to introduce company products/services.
- Explain offerings professionally.
- Handle basic objections and answer customer queries.
Follow-up
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain communication until the meeting is confirmed.
- Reconnect with prospects when required.
Meeting Scheduling
- Coordinate with prospects to schedule appointments.
- Ensure meetings are confirmed with both client and sales team.
- Share complete meeting details internally.
CRM & Reporting
- Update all call activities in CRM or Excel.
- Record meeting status and follow-up notes.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Inform relevant team members about any changes in meeting schedules.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls made
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Number of meetings scheduled
- Meeting attendance rate
- Follow-up completion rate
- Data accuracy in CRM
