Role & responsibilities
- 8-10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe are a plus.
