Job Summary: We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), Databricks, and MLflow to build and enhance Communication Surveillance solutions for the Banking & Capital Markets domain. The role involves developing AI-driven solutions to detect regulatory breaches, insider trading risks, market abuse, information leakage, collusion, and employee misconduct across communication channels such as emails, chats, and voice transcripts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy NLP and Machine Learning models for communication surveillance.
- Build, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Design scalable ML pipelines using Databricks and MLflow.
- Implement model tracking, deployment, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
