We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fireman to join our team in IRB Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience, be not exceeding 30 years of age, and possess a valid HTV license.
Roles and Responsibility
- Ensure the safety and security of people and property from fire hazards.
- Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions to maintain emergency preparedness.
- Inspect fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
- Develop and implement fire safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential fire risks.
- Respond effectively to fire alarms and emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Valid HTV license is mandatory.
- Desirable ITI or experience in any fire service.
- Physical standard: Height - Not less than 5 feet 6 inches; Chest - Normal 80Cms, Expanded 85 Cms; Other medical standards applicable for fire service personnel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond to emergency situations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
