Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations and support. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Core HR, Workforce Compensation, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, and Oracle HCM Cloud architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable HCM solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Define solution architecture, integration strategy, security model, and data migration approach.
- Lead solution design workshops and prepare functional and technical design documents.
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Core HR.
- Design and implement Workforce Compensation processes including:
- Compensation Plans
- Salary Basis
- Grade Steps
- Budget Allocation
- Compensation Cycles
- Workforce Compensation Worksheets
- Configure approval workflows and compensation eligibility.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Provide production support and solution optimization.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and manage data migration using:
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader)
- Develop and troubleshoot:
- BI Publisher Reports
- HCM Extracts
- OTBI Reports
- Develop Fast Formulas where required.
- Work with REST and SOAP APIs for HCM integrations.
- Collaborate with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) teams.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure coding standards.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
- At least 35 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong expertise in Core HR and Workforce Compensation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with HDL and HSDL.
- Experience in BI Publisher report development.
- Experience in HCM Extracts and OTBI.
- Experience working with global implementations.
- Experience in solution architecture and client-facing consulting.
