. Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across web, mobile, backend, cloud, and integration platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions using Java Spring Boot,.NET, Angular, Flutter, and AWS.
- Define and implement microservices, API-first architecture, and event-driven design patterns.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, coding guidelines, and governance processes.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and technology evaluations.
- Drive cloud architecture decisions covering compute, networking, storage, databases, messaging, caching, and observability on AWS.
- Design resilient systems that meet performance, scalability, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements.
- Ensure security and compliance by design, including KYC, AML, data protection, encryption, audit logging, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Security, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Define API strategies for internal and external integrations with banks, payment gateways, fintech partners, and enterprise systems.
- Mentor engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and promote engineering best practices.
- Drive technology modernization, platform optimization, and cost-efficient cloud architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements that support long-term business goals.
- Support production readiness, incident analysis, and continuous platform improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1015 years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and the.NET ecosystem, with a solid understanding of Angular and Flutter applications.
- Proven experience designing and delivering distributed, cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, messaging systems, distributed databases, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Forex, or Cross-Border Remittance domains is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of cloud security, application security, identity management, and financial regulatory compliance.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) is preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and observability platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor architects, engineering managers, and senior developers while driving architectural excellence.
- AWS Solution Architect certification or other relevant cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
