Job Details: The Role and Impact We are seeking a motivated Development Tools Software Engineering temporary worker to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and optimization of a software development layer that bridges HW and SW transactors and Trackers Contribute to toolchain integration and performance analysis to enhance developer workflows. Participate in feature development aimed at improving code quality and productivity. Collaborate with software engineers and architects to align tools with evolving platform requirements. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and software testing to ensure the robustness of development tools. Leverage knowledge of CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment pipelines. Explore innovative approaches to software quality and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Programming ability and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java). Proven experience of software debugging and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with software quality and testing methodologies. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and workflows. Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and high-level software design. Experience with AI coding environments like Claude Code, VScode, etc. Preferred Qualifications Experience with scripting languages to support automation tasks. Exposure to code review processes and collaborative software development practices. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex technical challenges. Enthusiasm for learning and exploring opportunities to contribute to impactful projects.
