Job Title: Senior Executive - Human Resources (HR) Experience: 2+ Years Location: Delhi (On-site) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive - HR with 2+ years of experience in a reputed organization. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
People Handling: Build strong employee relationships by being accessible and approachable, while ensuring discipline, accountability and compliance with company policies through fair and consistent people management. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. Handle employee lifecycle management, HR documentation and personnel records. Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance. Coordinate employee engagement, performance management and training initiatives. Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations. Prepare HR reports, MIS and maintain HR documentation.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 2+ years of HR Generalist experience in a reputed organization. Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and MS Office. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
