Technical and Professional Requirements
Primary skill: Server Virtualization VMware ESX Provide L1/L2 support for Windows Server environments Manage Active Directory including user creation, access management, and group policy updates Perform VMware administration such as VM provisioning, snapshots, monitoring, and maintenance Handle incident and service requests in line with defined SLAs Monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting across infrastructure Manage patching, updates, and antivirus compliance for servers Support backup and restore activities for business continuity Maintain documentation and adhere to ITIL processes (incident, request, and change management)
