Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and decentralized solutions. Build and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity and Go across multiple blockchain platforms. Develop and manage blockchain networks using frameworks such as Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, and Besu. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust blockchain solutions. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain applications. Design and implement blockchain data architecture, including on-chain and off-chain optimization strategies. Develop backend services and APIs for blockchain integration using Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js. Integrate blockchain solutions with enterprise systems and third-party services. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of blockchain applications. Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices throughout the SDLC.
Technical and Professional Requirements
Strong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) including Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, and Besu. Experience in smart contract development using Solidity and Go. Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and decentralized systems. Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying secure smart contracts. Experience in building, maintaining, and scaling blockchain-based services and decentralized applications (dApps). Strong understanding of cryptography concepts including hashing, encryption, digital signatures, and key management. Experience with API development using Java/Spring Boot/Node.js. Familiarity with asynchronous communication platforms like Kafka. Proficiency in DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices. Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
