Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central solutions.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Validate end-to-end business processes, including Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations modules.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Azure DevOps/JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Conduct API and integration testing for connected systems (Power Platform, third-party apps, etc.).
- Participate in UAT cycles and support stakeholders during testing phases.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
- Prepare test reports, dashboards, and release sign-offs.
