Government Banking RM (Relationship Manager)
- Acquire and manage government departments, PSUs, municipalities, and other government institutions as banking clients.
- Build long-term relationships with government officials and decision-makers.
- Promote banking products such as:
- Current Accounts (CASA)
- Fixed Deposits
- Cash Management Services (CMS)
- Digital payment solutions
- Collection and payment services
- Coordinate with branch and product teams to provide timely service.
- Ensure compliance with government banking regulations and bank policies.
- Meet business targets for deposits, fee income, and customer acquisition.
TASC RM (Trusts, Associations, Societies & Clubs)
- Acquire and manage institutional clients such as:
- Schools and colleges
- Hospitals
- NGOs
- Religious institutions
- Trusts
- Societies
- Clubs and associations
- Offer banking solutions including CASA, term deposits, payment gateways, POS machines, QR payments, and cash management.
- Cross-sell products like insurance, loans, and digital banking services where appropriate.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Achieve business growth through new client acquisition and portfolio expansion.
