ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for the Bancassurance Channel. The candidate will be responsible for driving life insurance business through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank partners, managing customers, and achieving business targets.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Bank Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with assigned bank branches.

- Coordinate with Branch Managers and bank staff.

- Develop strong business partnerships.

2. Insurance Sales & Business Development

- Generate insurance business through bank customer leads.

- Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

- Achieve sales targets.

3. Lead Management

- Follow up on leads generated through bank branches.

- Convert prospects into policyholders.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct financial need analysis.

- Provide product information.

- Ensure excellent customer experience.

5. Training & Support

- Train and motivate bank employees regarding insurance products.

- Conduct product awareness sessions.

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Follow IRDAI guidelines.

- Maintain documentation and ethical sales practices.
