About the Role: -
IDBI Intech Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented graduates for the role of Customer Service Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their career in the Banking & Customer Service industry.
Job Responsibilities: -
* Handle customer queries over phone calls (Inbound/Outbound).
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* Maintain records of customer interactions.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
* Follow company processes and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria: -
Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers preferred (Contact Centre experience is an added advantage)
Age: 18 years and above
*Rotational shift, Night Shift only of male candidates.
Skills Required: -
* Good verbal communication in English & Hindi & Interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge
* Typing skills
* Customer-focused attitude
* Willingness to work in a contact center environment
