Your Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Software Developer: Generalist, you will design, develop, test, and deliver offerings using leading-edge and/or proven technologies. You will work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand stakeholder requirements and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components for AIOps and monitoring-related applications.
- Build backend services, APIs, and utilities to support operational automation and system visibility.
- Work with logs, alerts, and application data to develop features that improve monitoring and issue detection.
- Contribute to internal tools and dashboards that help teams track application health and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable software solutions.
- Participate in debugging, issue fixing, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of application performance, quality, and usability.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 1-2 years of experience in software development or application engineering.
- Good programming knowledge in Java, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and basic software design principles.
- Familiarity with backend development concepts such as APIs, services, and application integration
- Basic knowledge of databases such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
- Basic understanding of debugging, testing, and code quality practices.
- Exposure to AI development concepts or AI-assisted coding tools used for software development and productivity
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
