Job description
- Manage closing and follow-up share follow-up messages with the customer via WhatsApp (through the WeightWise-provided system).
- Update the tracker/output sheet with detailed call notes, customer responses, and next steps for each lead.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct real-time outbound calls within dedicated calling slots, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum connect rates.
- Interest Capture: Identify and record user interest in the WeightWise program accurately in the tracker.
- Resource Optimization: Focus human effort on meaningful conversations understanding intent, building trust, and addressing objections effectively.
- Multilingual Communication: Engage with customers fluently in both English and Hindi, switching languages based on customer comfort.
