Job Description:
SysMind LLC is hiring experienced domestic IT recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a strong understanding of contract-to-hire (C2H) and contract hiring models.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Work on C2H and contract IT requirements.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and follow-up activities.
Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Utilise modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools to identify top talent.
Required Skills:
1û5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
Experience working on C2H and contract positions.
Strong sourcing and screening skills across various IT technologies.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
