Key Responsibilities:
- Own complete P&L for clinics, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and EBITDA delivery
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across clinics Monitor and improve key business metrics including: Footfall and conversion rates, Average bill value (ABV), Repeat visit rate,Service mix and cross-sell ratios,Clinic contribution margins
- Lead day-to-day multi-clinic operations ensuring high service standards and SOP adherence
- Implementstructured business reviews and performance dashboards across clinics
- Drive cost control across manpower, procurement, inventory, and overheads
- Ensure optimal inventory planning and working capital efficiency
- Lead and performance-manage Clinic Managers and frontline teams
- Build accountability culture with clear KPIs and performance tracking
- Drive local marketing initiatives and growth partnerships within city
- Own NPS and customer experience metrics across clinics
