Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall workshop and service operations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve service revenue, labor, and customer retention targets.
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and vehicle delivery timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and service escalations.
- Ensure compliance with Honda service standards, warranty processes, and dealership SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department for smooth workshop operations.
- Prepare MIS reports and track service KPIs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in automobile service operations, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership.
- Strong leadership, customer handling, and workshop management skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems and service KPIs.
