Role: Service General Manager Honda 2-Wheelers

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage overall workshop and service operations.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Achieve service revenue, labor, and customer retention targets.
  • Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and vehicle delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and service escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with Honda service standards, warranty processes, and dealership SOPs.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department for smooth workshop operations.
  • Prepare MIS reports and track service KPIs.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in automobile service operations, preferably in a two-wheeler dealership.
  • Strong leadership, customer handling, and workshop management skills.
  • Experience with dealership management systems and service KPIs.
