Responsibilities Accountabilities
Review the control plan preparation ( QCPC) for Critical parts
Introduce control plan ( QCPC) for Criticalparts
Establish the quality system in Cylindricalparts manufacturing
Review the NPD/Design change drawing and approvein Team centre
Conduct PNCAT at Cylindrical parts manufacturing
Review the Non confirmity at Quarantine area
Training to improve the skill level
Achieve process capability (> 1.33) of CTQparameters
Review the AFR action in Quick fix
Conduct the process Audit
Conduct annual Validation for Critical / Technological parts
Periodic performance review with team members
Implement firewall inspection station
Review the calibration pending status andescilate to concern
Implement easy measuring facility with multigauge system
Review Anual validation for CTC items
Review Product Process Change Note
Review CFT / QC projects
