Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Model Development: Take ownership of the machine learning lifecycle, from data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.

Algorithm Implementation: Design, build, and deploy robust machine learning models using fundamental algorithms for regression, classification, clustering, and more.

Cloud AI Implementation: Work extensively with state-of-the-art platforms, with a primary focus on Google Clouds Vertex AI , to build and scale AI solutions.

Solution Deployment: Collaborate with cloud engineers to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments, ensuring performance and reliability.

Innovation and Research: Continuously research and experiment with new techniques, including in Deep Learning and Generative AI, to solve complex problems and drive innovation.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable):

Practical Experience: A portfolio of personal projects, participation in Kaggle competitions, or contributions to open-source ML projects.

Cloud Familiarity: Prior exposure to a major cloud platform, with specific experience in Google Cloud (GCP) being a significant advantage.

Internship Experience: Previous internships in a Data Science or Machine Learning role.

Requirements Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

Educational Background: A Bachelors (B.Tech/B.E.) or Masters (M.Tech/M.E.) degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Graduation Year: A recent graduate from the 2022 / 2023 / 2024 batch .

Core ML Knowledge: A strong theoretical and practical understanding of fundamental Machine Learning concepts and the underlying mathematics.

Programming Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning.

Library Expertise: Hands-on experience with key ML and data manipulation libraries, such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and at least one deep learning framework like TensorFlow or PyTorch .

Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical mindset.

Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
