Role & responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, develop, and execute an end-to-end social media content calendar (primarily for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube). Develop aesthetic static posts, high-engagement Reels, and educational content for company owned multiple brands (In wellness and skincare).
- Ads and Marketing: Set up, optimize, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brands awareness, website traffic, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) conversions.
- Trend Sourcing & Ideation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, viral audio, platform updates, and competitor strategies within the beauty and healthcare sectors to keep the brand's voice forward-thinking.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and Marketing, specifically within the Beauty Products, Healthcare, or Lifestyle industries.
- Only Females preferred for the job role.
- Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Creative Skills: Strong eye for minimalist, premium, and clean aesthetics. Basic proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop or video editing apps for quick turnarounds is highly preferred.
- Copywriting Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to write sharp, compelling hooks, captions, and ad copies.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in an agile startup environment, possesses strong ownership skills, and balances creative execution with deep analytical thinking.
