Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and process day-to-day back-office operations accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and management information systems (MIS).
- Verify, validate, and enter data into company systems.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational trackers as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage email communication and respond to operational queries.
- Support customer-facing teams by providing administrative and operational assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor pending activities and follow up for closure within defined timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational and customer information.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest operational enhancements.
Required Skills :
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in back-office operations, data entry, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Back Office Operations, Data Processing, Administration, or related fields.
- Experience handling MIS reports and operational documentation is an added advantage.
