KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Flutter, Python, and Spring Boot.
- Build high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python and Java Spring Boot.
- Architect secure and scalable distributed systems for fintech products.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and regulatory requirements in fintech systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
?? 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
?? Minimum 5+ years of experience in Flutter development.
?? Strong backend development experience in both Python and Spring Boot ecosystems.
Education
?? Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Frontend
?? Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
?? Experience building responsive mobile and web applications.
?? Experience integrating REST APIs and real-time services.
?? Understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile performance optimization.
Backend
?? Strong experience in Python backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask,
or Django.
?? Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade microservices.
?? Experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
?? Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
Database & Cloud
?? Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
?? Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
?? Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
Engineering Practices
?? Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture.
?? Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
