Should have worked in Construction or designing of Hotels, Resorts pr any other hospitality projects Responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution and timely delivery with highest standards of quality, customer experience, safety, and commercial efficiency. The role combines project management excellence with customer-centric execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, defect-free, and creates a memorable customer journey that reinforces the company''s brand promise and delivers outstanding value for money
- 1015 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and/ or Hospitality
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management.
- MBA/PGDM (preferred).
- Drive timely completion of projects from construction to handover.
- Develop integrated project execution plans.
- Monitor milestone-based delivery.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and customer teams.
