FINANCE MANAGER Vertical: Freedo Rentals (Hero MotoCorp??s High-Growth Startup) THE CHALLENGE At Freedo, we aren??t just renting bikes; we??re managing a complex ecosystem of assets, operators, and margins. As we scale our Rental Model, the math gets harder and the stakes get higher. We need a Finance Manager who doesn't just "do the books" but understands the unit economics of a disruptive startup. This is a deep dive into Real-World Corporate Finance. You will be responsible for: The Aggregation Audit: Master the end-to-end business model. You??ll be the one validating operator collections, payouts, and outstanding balances. If there??s a leak in the bucket, you??ll find it. Margin Mastery: Verify the accuracy of Freedo??s commissions. You??ll ensure that every ride contributes to our margin realization goals. Asset Lifecycle Management: From "Procurement" to "Capitalization." You will build the tracking architecture for vehicle dispatch, ensuring our fleet is working as hard as we are. P&L Micro-Analysis: You??ll track the "DNA" of our revenue: maintenance costs, insurance, RTO, and depreciation at a per-vehicle level. Inventory Intelligence: Own the material management and inventory tracking to ensure zero wastage in a fast-moving environment. Coordinate with major stakeholders on strategic financial plan including expenses, income, growth, objectives, risks tolerance, tax status or other elements to build a strategy Manage the business financial activities and develop financial and valuation models by conducting comprehensive financial analyses. Focus on all daily and month-end accounting activities for the account results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity etc. Ensuring Vendor timely payments and timely release of necessary Purchase Orders. WHO YOU ARE (THE NUMBERS WHIZ) The Precisionist: You have a "hawk-eye" for detail. A missing decimal point is a personal challenge to you. The Excel Power-User: You don??t just use spreadsheets; you build financial engines. (VLOOKUPs are your warm-up; Macros are your playground). The Analytical Storyteller: You can look at a column of maintenance costs and tell us why a certain batch of vehicles is underperforming. High Integrity: You understand that in the world of Aggregation, trust is built on accurate settlements and financial transparency. Proficiency in SAP a plus Knowledge of Two-Wheeler or Rental industry Knowledge of TAX regulations ELIGIBILITY: Experience: 4+ Years
