HDFC Life is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter (Retainer - contractual) to join our Talent Acquisition team for Kolkata location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow recruitment processes and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
- Min 6 months recruitment experience, with good communication skills may also apply.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
