Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve application incidents and service requests.
- Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions.
- Perform change impact analysis, application enhancements, upgrades, and system maintenance.
- Track and report ticket status, projects, and system performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, backup, and disaster recovery standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for development and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues.
- Document best practices and drive process improvements and automation.
Required Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
- Strong knowledge of application support, customization, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with databases and solution design.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Quantios Core Platform.
- C/AL or AL development.
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot.
- Exposure to AI-based solutions.
