Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java-based application development, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Kafka, and AWS services. The role requires strong design and problem-solving capabilities along with experience working in Agile environments. Exposure to Supply Chain domain projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical solution planning.
- Develop cloud-native applications and support deployments in AWS environments.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, estimations, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience in API Development and Microservices Architecture
- Good knowledge of Kafka and event-driven systems
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software architecture
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Good to Have
- Exposure to Supply Chain domain projects
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications in Java, AWS, or Agile methodologies will be an added advantage
