Channel Sales - ò Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects ò Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities ò Develop annual sales strategy and goals ò Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships ò Collaborate with sales leaders ò Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project ò Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships & tie ups ò Maintaining the paper work related to customer registration. ò Creating and maintaining a database of partners & expanding CP network. ò Making visits to partners and training their teams. ò Necessary follow ups with customer to meet our targets. ò Maintaining MIS records of channel performance. ò Complies with company defined guidelines and processes. ò Adheres to project timelines under stressful market conditions. ò Identifies processes / procedures in own work area that needs improvement ò Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency / cost / productivity ò Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area. ò Undertake extensive travel to do reiki in the market for leads/new CP empanelment ò Sales personnel are require to work on weekends and will have week-offs instead since customers visit sites also during their offs
