JOB PURPOSE To plan monitor the upkeep of movement area, coordination for VVIP movements with PMO / SPG issuance of Work permits in accordance with the regulatory compliance at DIAL to ensure smooth airside operations. ORGANISATION CHART KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators To monitor the upkeep of movement area FOD free procedures in compliance with ICAO and DGCA Regulations and recommendations. No. of audits (internal external) No. of non-compliance recorded No. of observations closed Vendor management monitoring the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) On time renewal of contracts No. of penalties imposed Deficiency in documentations Planned v/s actuals No. of grievances handled (indirect). To attend act on meetings held for VVIP movements No. of VVIP movements handled. No. of observations / feedback received No. of such observation closed Man management, development discipline Employee engagement score No. of meeting with team to resolve their grievance Monitor the issuance of Work Permits at IGI airside No. of work permits issued No. of discrepancy observed at site No. of measure to close the same Suggestions to improve the working of Services activities by initiating new / benchmark practices. No. of ideas generated No. of Kaizen implemented No. of CIP initiatives undertaken KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS GHAs, AIRLINEs ATC Vendors (Airside cleaning, mechanical sweeping) DGCA, PMO, SPG, MEA, Delhi Police, Indian Air Force. INTERNAL INTERACTIONS GVIAL PE, Procurement Finance - GVIAL Environment Commercial - GVIAL APOC ARFF - GVIAL FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS 3.28 Crore : Opex 1.50 Crore : Capex OTHER DIMENSIONS Team of 7 members Secondary staff strength of around 120 EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline. PG degree in Aviation Management will be an advantage. Knowledge of ICAO annexures, ACI and relevant IATA Manuals. DGR/LT/World Tracer/Airport Planner/Path Planner will be added advantages Knowledge and understanding of functioning of Airlines and Airports and requirements thereof.
