We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for the Insurance Sales Process. The role involves outbound calling to promote and sell insurance products to customers while delivering a high-quality sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound voice calls to prospective customers for insurance sales.
- Pitch insurance products and explain features, benefits, and policy details clearly.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Close sales and achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication skills (V5 communication level mandatory).
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
- Basic understanding of sales or insurance concepts is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC up 3.0LPA to 4.50LPA
