Job Summary:
We are hiring a Software Support Analyst ? Tier I to provide initial technical and application support for healthcare software platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, customer service mindset, and basic knowledge of medical billing workflows..
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on the application, including medical charting, coding, and billing workflows
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and CRM tools
- Manage and resolve support tickets within defined timelines
- Provide timely communication and follow-up to ensure user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to higher support teams
- Conduct software training sessions (webinars / 1-on-1) for clients
- Create and maintain training materials such as guides, videos, and help documents
- Support new user onboarding, account setup, and access management
- Configure new facilities and user settings as required
- Participate in product releases, testing, and feedback activities
- Document issues, resolutions, and improvement suggestions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical/Software Support
- Exposure to Healthcare / Medical Billing domain is preferred
- Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
