Responsibilities
- Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
- Share clear and accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals decision-making.
- Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems and share practical insight with the team.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or similar experience.
- Valid driver s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Bangalore.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.
Preferred Qualification
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales, or medical liaison roles.
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and priorities.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Bangalore.
- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
