Inviting Applications for Procure to pay role - Noida Role: Procure to pay Work location: Noida Shift: ANZ (Shift will begin at 4 AM / 5 AM in the morning) Graduation: Commerce graduate The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end accounts payable activities including invoice processing, exception management, supplier query resolution, payment support, reconciliation, and compliance monitoring. The role requires close collaboration with P2P teams, suppliers, business stakeholders, finance teams, and system support functions to ensure seamless invoice-to-payment processing while maintaining high levels of accuracy, service quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly automated and continuously evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Invoice Processing Review and process supplier invoices in accordance with standard operating procedures. Validate invoice information including supplier details, invoice number, invoice date, purchase order information, tax details, and payment information. Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately within agreed turnaround times. Ensure invoices are routed to the appropriate approvers where required. Process credit notes and debit notes following established guidelines. Maintain accuracy and productivity while completing assigned transactions. 2. Vendor Query & Exception Handling Respond to routine supplier and business queries received through email or workflow tools. Assist in resolving invoice-related queries by coordinating with internal teams. Follow up on invoices awaiting approvals or additional documentation. Update processing trackers and maintain accurate records of outstanding items. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members in accordance with defined procedures. 3. Payment Support Support payment processing activities by ensuring invoices are complete and ready for payment. Verify invoice approvals before payment processing. Assist with payment-related validations and routine payment queries. Support timely execution of payment activities in line with established schedules. 4. Compliance & Documentation Follow established Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and internal controls. Maintain complete and accurate transaction documentation. Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and finance policies. Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Perform routine quality checks on completed transactions. 5. Operational Support Maintain daily processing trackers and operational records. Meet productivity, accuracy, and service level targets. Support month-end activities as assigned by the team. Participate in process training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and customer-focused work environment. Knowledge of invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes through academic learning is preferred. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or SAP Ariba through coursework or training will be an added advantage.
