Key Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration: Perform all aspects of installation, de-installation, configuration, and reconfiguration of the proposed solution within the GAIL environment. System Maintenance: Handle hardware and software problems related to the RTDMP and cloud systems, including updates, upgrades, bug fixes, and patching. Performance Analysis: Critically review and analyze the performance of software, applications, controllers, and hardware to ensure they meet intended objectives on a sustained basis. Security Management: Analyze data to identify potential security breaches, anomalous behavior, and signs of compromise. Fine-tune security solutions to improve threat detection accuracy and minimize operational disruptions. Ensure systems are up to date with the latest security patches. Integrate multiple security data sources to identify and correlate threats across the IT landscape. Monitoring & Operations: Monitor standard activities such as backups and basic agent installations, and update error logs based on system performance. Technical Support & Training: Provide on-site and off-site support for the overall solution. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and impart technical training to GAIL personnel to ensure smooth system operation. Documentation: Maintain SOPs, configurations, and incident response procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference. Reporting: Submit comprehensive reports on all activities, modifications, and training sessions, including recommendations for technical follow-up
