Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Recruiters to join the Flipkart Last Mile Recruitment Team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding Delivery Executives for Flipkart delivery hubs across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit Delivery Executives (Two-Wheeler Riders) for Flipkart through field hiring, job fairs, referrals, social media, and local campaigns.
- Conduct walk-in drives and field recruitment activities near delivery hubs.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, communities, and referral partners.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates. Coordinate with Hub Managers and Recruitment Leads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment, sales, or gig hiring experience are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned locations. Target-oriented with good negotiation skills.
