Role & responsibilities
- Vendor and Internal Customer Management
- Ensuring works are carried out as per drawings and BOQ
- Ensuring works are completed on time and within budgets and agreed timeline
- Reporting progress to management regularly and taking a lead / creating ROW for all stakeholders working at site
- Conversant with IS standards and relevant codes
- Proficiency in MS Projects/ AutoCAD
- Conversant of Statutory compliances required as per law of land
- Ensure Handing over of Completed sites to Operations/FM team with complete set of Handing over documents, As built Drawings, Warranty certificates, Final Bill copies of vendors, asset list etc as per SOP.
- Building highly engaged teams to realize the end objective of Management
- Raise Change Requests for additional scope /change in scope and maintain record of the same.
- Ensure Vendor bills are certified on time; Extra items/NS items documented as per SOP
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
- 9 - 14 Years of Experience
- Experience in Projects management, MEP Execution, Construction management , fitouts
