Nordic CI Digital Strategy Execution Coordinator
Your key responsibilities
- Engage with users across the business to help upskill, accelerate sales and commercial excellence activities, relating to Dynamics CRM as primary platform, and other CI Accelerators across the tech landscape.
- Support Nordic users, initiatives and activities that help accelerate sales and commercial excellence, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. Keep the Nordic SCE team informed of recurring user queries and key feedback to enhance support and experience of Nordic users.
- Execute Dynamics CRM licensing process, including management of DOS access and assignment of CRM learnings in Success Factors for new Dynamics CRM users.
- Prepare insights, reports, and updates for various committees and leadership forums.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance processes for the sales and pipeline lifecycle, including data quality controls.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Educational qualification
- Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, management, marketing or sales (or equivalent area of study or experience).
Experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, with hands-on exposure to CRM operations, reporting, or sales/pipeline support. Overall understanding of sales process and pipeline management.
- Project management skills and experience
Ideally, you ll also have
- Understanding of account management and change management skills.
Technologies and Tools
- Hands-on experience with CRM Dynamics system.
- Demonstrated expert level experience in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
- Technical proficiency in tools like LENS, Power BI, Alteryx and other Business Intelligence systems is a plus
